The racetrack at Zandvoort was build after WOII and the first race took place in 1948. In May 2019, the return of the Dutch Grand Prix was announced, with Zandvoort being awarded a new deal for at least three years, returning F1 to the track in 2020 after a 35 year break.

The racetrack at Zolder was build in 1963 and hosted the F1 Belgian Grand Prix 10 seperate occasions in the 1970’s and 1980’s. In 2006, the track underwent safety adaptations. In 2019, for the first time in 17 years, the DTM returned to Circuit Zolder.
